Ready to flip your perspective and take your practice upside down? This progressive workshop series will build strength, balance, confidence and knowledge in approaching inversions over four weekends. Each session will include intelligent warm-ups, alignment techniques, safe partner spotting, and plenty of practice time.
We’ll explore the following foundational poses + creative challenges within each shape:

Each weekend will provide many options for all levels—from beginning to advanced! This will include alignment techniques, how to effectively prepare the body, getting into (& out of) each shape safely & confidently, what to focus on, where to engage, etc.
You can expect to walk away with effective tools for expanding your practice, while evolving in ways beyond what the mind can comprehend.
